DFW Motherhood Sessions | 2024 - Lakin Stearns Photography

2024 is the third year that I have hosted my DFW Motherhood Sessions, and I have to say this was the best year yet! My aim for these motherhood sessions is to showcase the indescribable bond between moms and their children. Whether that be through the holding of hands, butterfly kisses, or big snuggles – I strive to document these moments in a genuine way for moms to hold onto forever.

For the second year in a row Katie with Katie Bug Florals provided the most beautiful floral displays as our backdrop. The spring blooms helped set the scene for the sweetest day at The Lumen Room in Fort Worth. The arrangements were filled with roses, mums, baby’s breath, and more.

Loyalty clients who booked full sessions last year were offered complimentary spots to this year’s event. It was oh so sweet to see those mamas and celebrate them with these DFW motherhood sessions. It truly is so special to be able to photograph the same families year after year and watch babies grow and mamas grow into their roles. A lot of these kiddos were newborns last year when I photographed them, so it was such a treat to see how they have changed so much over the course of the last year.
