You’re doing the hard work. You’re in the thick of it. You’re carrying the load. But, do you know what else you are doing? You are making their childhood come alive. You are creating the magic. You are kissing the boo-boos. You are encouraging dreams. If you haven’t noticed, you’re doing a lot. There are so many moments sprinkled in between, too. Chances are, those are moments you don’t want to miss. Which is where I come in with the LSP experience.
I am here to make sure you don’t forget. The tiny toes. The giant dimples. The wispy hairs. The twinkle in their eyes. The way they hug your neck. The way they pat your shoulder. I am here to help you remember those moments.
What you Can Expect
I believe in taking more than just a pretty picture; my goal is to create nostalgia.
When you book a session with me, you are doing more than scheduling photos. You are setting aside a time to have fun with your family while creating a tangible legacy for your grandkids and your grandkids’ kids. We will laugh, we will giggle, we will snuggle. We will make magic.

Lakin is simply the best! She has taken my family’s photos multiple times and every time I am blown away at how easy, fun, and beautiful the experience is! She makes it so easy to coordinate outfits with her client closet (she has the dreamiest dresses!) and is willing to help you every step of the way to make sure everything is cohesive. She is amazing with kids and captures their personalities so effortlessly! The images are always beautiful and I have a hard time picking my favorites! Fill out my contact form and let me know what type of session you are interested in! Some options include newborn sessions, family sessions, family films, or milestone sessions.
brainstorm with me
Once you have made the initial contact, we will chat back and forth to determine what type of session would work best for your family. I also love using this time to get to know your family.
Decide on location
We can talk about the goals of your session – what you want to focus on, what specific things about this season you want to remember, and what things are important to you and yours. Based on this information, I will suggest wether or not I think outdoors, your home, or a studio would be the best option.
choose a date & time
Timing is important, especially when it comes to photos. We will take in to account nap times, season, and any other relevant factors.
Sign contract and Retainer
Once we have established a what, when, and where, you will lock in your session date by signing a contract and paying your retainer.
Browse Client closet
Before your session, you will have access to my client closet gallery where you can browse 30+ women’s dresses, children’s clothes, and men’s tops that are available to borrow for your session. I will also help you coordinate outfits, whether that be from your closet or mine.

One of the resources you will have access to is a client prep guide specific to your session type. I have created these guides to help prep you and your family before your session.

Get dressed, show up, and have a blast. That’s all. No other requirements are expected of you.
