Different Wedding Looks at The White Sparrow
The White Sparrow is an iconic wedding venue outside of Dallas, TX that can be the perfect fit for many different wedding looks. I have had the opportunity to photograph several weddings at this gorgeous venue, all of which had a different vibe. The White Sparrow is one of those venues that can accommodate almost any bride’s style. In this post, I am going to breakdown my favorite weddings at this venue.
Terracotta Boho
This wedding may very well be my favorite of all time. It was highlighted with warm hues and vintage details that made it feel more like someone’s home rather than a wedding. The bride’s style was displayed throughout the wedding day. Her details were modern yet vintage all at the same time. The terra cotta theme was so seamlessly incorporated everywhere. You can see it on the envelopes of the invitation suite, in the bouquet, the napkins at the reception, and even classic terra cotta vases for the cacti displayed in the ceremony space.

Modern Barn Wedding with Plum and Copper Accents
This is yet another different wedding look at The White Sparrow. While the wedding above was modern in and of itself, this one leans a little more towards a romantic aesthetic. You will see plums, violets, and greens mixed with copper tones that give it a more eccentric feel. I love this color palette because it combines a unique set of colors that aren’t typically used together, but it doesn’t feel like it came from left field. The soft green tones complement the stark contrast of the copper. This bride’s dress is romantic, dainty, and modern. You will notice that the ceremony took place on the lawn to the side of the barn where the ceremony above was in Sparrow’s Landing.

Romantic Blush and White Wedding
This White Sparrow Barn wedding leans a little bit more to the classic side of things with its timeless blush florals and lush greenery. You will notice some unique details from the bride like her white cowgirl boots and painted jean jacket. Never would I have imagined those two things to work for a classy wedding like this, but they add just enough flare. Another favorite detail from this wedding includes the gorgeous floral installment for the ceremony. Last but not least, did you see the fireworks and Whataburger? That’s right, I said Whataburger. This couple knocked their guest experience out of the park by providing a late-night snack with a firework show. I mean, how over the top is that?

All in all, The White Sparrow Barn is the perfect backdrop for any wedding you may have dreamed up in your mind. Modern? No problem. Vintage vibe? Easy. I would love to know how you would deck out the place.
