I just cannot get over how cute little Quinn looks in her tutu with cake crumbs all over her face. Can you imagine if an adult sat in a tutu and stuffed their face with cake…Do not worry, I will not leave you with that image! Instead I will fill your screen with photos from this “Quinn Turns One!” session.
Quinn’s mom had the cutest little set-up for Quinn to try her very first bit of cake! As you can tell, she was a fan! We started the session off with Quinn doting an adorable “one” onesie with a pretty gold calligraphy font. The gold on her onesie was the perfect accent to the streamers that hung on the wall and her sweet moccasins. Along with her “one-sie”, she had the fluffiest tutu that matched her dainty little bow. This little girl has some style if you ask me. As you can see, before we even brought out the cake, Quinn took a liking to the balloons as well. Quinn, you are not the only one – when I was little my dad would bring me home a giant blue balloon every couple of weeks. To me, balloons are such a fun representation of kiddos. They are light, fun, joyful and totally entertaining!
After Quinn discovered the balloons, she found something even better – the cake! I love the sweet, princess like detail that the cake added. Her first couple of bites were small and slow, but once the cake hit her tastebuds she was hooked! I am convinced she would have eaten the entire cake if we had let her! I have found that some babies are not sure what to think of the texture of the icing that coats their hands (well, their entire body really). However, Quinn totally approved of this activity! Be sure to check out the images at the end – they prove how much she loved it!
